Engineering & Prototyping

A medical product has to not only look good, it has to work. We are product development experts with extensive experience in medical device design and Lean Manufacturing. Our engineers average over 20 years experience. We have designed electromechanical handheld tools and disposables, to benchtop capital equipment, to initial set up and debug of Production lines. With our in-house machining and rapid prototyping capabilities, we can fast-track your builds. After all, you have to be able to make it.

Manufacturing Transition

We are more than just product designers, engineers, and managers. Our team is skilled at executing product line setup, equipment validation, and manufacturing documentation to help transition the process smoothly. With our extensive network of highly-qualified and experienced vendors, if we can’t build it in-house, we know someone who can.

Project Management

Someone you trust will manage your project every step of the way. Our clients have a dedicated point of contact throughout the process who will provide weekly project status updates, track spending, and review open action items.
